Terms of Service

These terms explain how we provide services, how payments and cancellations work, and what is expected from customers and our team.

1. Services

We provide solar panel cleaning and related services. Service details will be agreed upon before work begins.

2. Bookings, Quotes, and Payments

  • Customers may submit a standard booking request or a premium preferred-date booking request through the platform.
  • Premium preferred dates are requests only. They must be reviewed and confirmed by an administrator, and a premium scheduling fee may apply.
  • Photos may be uploaded only where they can be taken safely. If photos are not available or more information is needed, we may require or schedule an inspection before issuing a quote.
  • A booking is not a confirmed job until a quote option has been accepted and the required payment step has been created or confirmed in the platform.
  • Quote options may include once-off service and recurring plan options, including three-month and six-month plans, where available.
  • Only one quote option can be accepted for a quote. Once accepted, a payment record can be created for that accepted option.
  • The platform currently supports cash and online payment methods. Cash payments are marked as pending until collected or confirmed by the assigned team member or an administrator.
  • Online payments are processed through Paynow where available and remain pending until the payment provider or our system confirms successful payment.
  • Receipts or invoices are issued after payment is confirmed in the system.
  • Recurring plan customers may only have one active recurring plan at a time. To start a new recurring plan, the current active plan must first be cancelled or completed.

3. Cancellations

  • Customers must notify us in advance to cancel or reschedule.
  • We reserve the right to cancel due to weather or safety concerns.
  • If a recurring plan is cancelled, remaining scheduled plan visits are cancelled and the cancelled plan is not refunded.

4. Liability

  • We take care when performing services but are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
  • We are not liable for indirect or unexpected damages.

5. Access to Property

Customers must provide safe and clear access to the work area.

6. Changes to Services

We may update or modify services at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
